Sailor V was in the building when that happened, and Katarina and Alan were sure she had to have died. However, Sailor V had gotten out at the right time. That was when she saw Katarina and Alan, both crying over Sailor Vs death. They looked so passionate with one another, that Sailor V realized that they were in love. Without saying goodbye, Minako left town and went to Tokyo and never fought as Sailor V again. Artemis taught her the real destiny she was supposed to have, as Sailor Venus, soldier of love and justice.
